Vientiane Pre-Forum Meeting for BFPs: Agenda

 

The objectives of this meeting are to:

 

  1. review and strengthen the logic of BFPs in meeting the goals of CP stakeholders
  2. review scientific methods and logical pathways through which they will be used
  3. showcase progress and results of detailed analysis and
  4. plan activities for 2007

 

We enclose a template for guidance BFPpaperTemplate.doc. Participants will include BFP Phase 1 teams, BFP Phase II leaders, Theme Leaders and invited specialists. For the latest agenda, see PFF_Agenda.doc

 

Outline agenda:

 

  1. Friday 10th November (afternoon only). Objectives, context: Defining the context in which BFPs operate, their logic and anticipated outcomes.
  2. Saturday 11th November (all day). Methods, analysis and results to date: Detailed review of poverty analysis, water availability and water productivity
  3. Sunday 12th November (All day). Impacts and interventions. PPlanning sessions.
